"You should definitely give it a shot!"
It took about 6-7 months, but I got a full refund for my flight from Pescara to Torino that I canceled at the last minute. Big thanks to you all, you're fantastic! That 30% fee is totally justified.

"Flight Cancellation"
They handled everything on my behalf, and after about 6-7 months, I finally got my compensation from the airline. The one downside is that they didn’t clarify what their fee was, so I ended up with less than what I was first told. (I’m not sure if the amount they presented included their fee or not). But it was totally worth it! I’d definitely suggest this company.

"Steer Clear"
My travel agency hasn’t sent me my booking details or itinerary, and even though I provided Compensair with a power of attorney, they don’t reach out to the travel agency on their own. A buddy of mine filed the claim directly with SAS and got paid within a week; it’s super straightforward, wish I had known earlier. Handle it yourself, and skip these services that charge hefty fees.

"A bunch of fraudsters"
They never sent the payment for my wife, even though they said they got it from the airline. Now, they’ve stopped replying to my emails. So yeah, Compensair is just a bunch of fraudsters.
